Richard Griffith's original '41 Merc comes into the shop for a total wood restoration.
The car has never been apart, so a total teardown is in order.
Here the body is progress of a complete dismantling.
After the wood body is dismantled, the front clip will come off.
With the front clip removed, the engine and transmission are being readied to be pulled.
As the body is stripped to the bare floorpan, the wood members are being stripped, sanded and refinished.
